Common questions

Is the ad budget included?

No. You decide how much to spend on ads and pay it directly to Google, Meta or TikTok; we charge for managing the campaigns, with a fixed quote based on the platforms and the number of campaigns. When there's an open Andorra Digital call, SEM could be eligible for a grant of up to 30%.

Google Ads or social media?

It depends on your customers: Google works when people are already searching for what you sell, while Facebook, Instagram and TikTok help people who don't know you yet discover you. Combining them is often the best option; we'll propose a mix based on your goal and budget.

When will I start seeing results?

Ads start showing as soon as they go live, but the first few weeks are about testing audiences and creatives to see what works. Because we track conversions from day one, we make decisions based on data, not guesswork.

Are the ad accounts mine?

Yes. Campaigns are set up in accounts in your name and you have access at all times. If we ever stop working together, the account, its history and the data stay with you.
