CRO: conversion rate optimisation in Andorra

More sales from the same visitors.

We analyse how people use your website or online shop, test improvements and measure every change to turn more visits into sales and leads.

Before
  • Visitors who neither buy nor call.
  • Abandoned carts.
  • Website changes made by guesswork.
After
  • Analytics audit and heatmaps.
  • A/B tests and prioritised improvements.
  • Event and conversion tracking.

Conversion optimisation

What is CRO and why should you care?

CRO stands for Conversion Rate Optimisation. A conversion is the action you want a visitor to take on your website: buy, book, call, request a quote or sign up for a course. The rate is the percentage of visitors who complete it, and optimising means raising that percentage through measured changes rather than guesswork.

It is one of the most cost-effective levers for any business website or online shop, whether you sell products or services: before paying for more traffic, make the most of the traffic you already have. If you bring in visitors through SEO or online advertising, every improvement in conversion makes that investment work harder: more sales, a better return and, often, a higher average order value.

What we do

Selling more with the same traffic is possible

Behaviour analysis

We study how people move through your site using analytics, session recordings and heatmaps, to see where they hesitate, where they click and where they leave.

Architecture and UX/UI

We tidy up structure, menus and messaging, and improve the interface so that finding, understanding and buying is easy, especially on mobile.

A/B testing

We compare versions of a page, a headline or a button with real traffic and keep the one that converts best, not the one we like most.

Analytics and tracking

We set up GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track events and conversions. Without reliable measurement, every conclusion is a guess.

Page speed

A slow site loses customers before it even appears. We review performance and Core Web Vitals and fix whatever is holding loading back.

Forms and checkout

We simplify forms, baskets and payment steps: fewer fields, fewer doubts and more confidence at the moment of decision.

A method driven by data, not hunches

Every project is different, but the cycle is always the same: measure, prioritise, test and measure again. We start with the changes likely to have the biggest impact for the least effort, and we document each one so you know what worked and what did not.

CRO does not replace SEO or advertising: it complements them. More traffic without a site that converts is money slipping away; a site that converts multiplies the value of every visit.

Common questions

How is CRO different from redesigning the website?

CRO improves your website based on data: we analyse how visitors use it, spot where they drop off and test specific changes. Instead of redoing everything on a hunch, we change what's actually holding back sales and measure the impact.

Do I need a lot of traffic?

An A/B test needs a minimum number of visits to be reliable. If your site gets little traffic, we rely on analytics and heatmaps to prioritise improvements and compare before and after.

What do you need from me?

Access to your analytics and to your website or shop's back office, and a clear idea of what counts as a conversion for you: a sale, a call, a form. If tracking isn't set up properly, fixing it is the first thing we do.

What does the price depend on, and how are results measured?

It depends on the size of the site, the state of your tracking and how many tests we run, and it's set out in a fixed quote. We measure every change with events and conversions, so you know what has improved and by how much.
